Shayna Tondreau is a legal assistant at Bailey Law Office and is often the first point of contact many will have when they call our office. Shayna provides effective and thorough assistance to our attorneys, including case development and management, as well as many administrative tasks to help the office run smoothly. 

Shayna joined Bailey Law Office with a diverse background in both the legal and medical fields. While attending the Justice Administration program at University of Louisville, Shayna started out working as a legal runner for a law firm in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. She continued to advance to a receptionist and legal secretary before relocating back to Michigan in 1999. Prior to joining our firm, Shayna previously worked with Wendy Bailey as her legal assistant for Social Security Disability and Immigration cases when they were both employed at another firm. She also worked as a medical records specialist for a Personal Injury attorney. In addition to her work in the legal field, Shayna has worked for many years as a medical transcriptionist expanding on her medical knowledge. Her vast medical knowledge makes her a valuable asset in assisting with Social Security Disability and Personal Injury cases. 

Shayna is a former member of Grand Traverse Area Legal Professionals (GTALP). She has completed continuing legal education courses in paralegal studies at Northwestern Michigan College and through the GTALP. She also attended Davenport University where she studied Business Management and Leadership Development.

In her spare time, Shayna enjoys traveling, live music, and spending time camping and kayaking on the Upper Manistee River.
