Wendy Bailey has spent her legal career focusing on helping individuals and families with their legal needs. After beginning her legal career working for a legal aid helpline in a Detroit suburb, Wendy relocated to Northern Michigan in 2005 where she spent the next almost ten years working for a law firm honing her legal skills in the areas of Immigration Law, Social Security Disability, Estate Planning, and Family Law before joining her husband, Todd Bailey, in his legal practice.  While Wendy's office is physically located in Traverse City, she has clients in other areas of Northern Michigan, the State of Michigan, other states in the country, and countries abroad who have legal needs in Michigan or immigration proceedings throughout the country and in U.S. embassy/consulates abroad.  Wendy is able to represent clients who are located outside the Traverse City area due to her availability by telephone, fax, mail, and e-mail.
